When you schedule a free, in-home estimate, a Bella Villa 31 representative will visit your home to discuss your needs and create a cleaning package tailored specifically for you. Square footage, occupancy, pets, flooring, etc. can effect pricing and recommended frequency.
During our visit, Bella Villa 31 procedures will be reviewed and any questions you may have will be addressed. We will leave an information packet for you to review and we are always available to answer your questions or concerns.
An initial cleaning will take place before your weekly/bi-weekly cleanings begin.
Initial cleanings are designed to give a thorough and deep cleaning of your home that will bring your home to the Bella Villa 31 standard of clean and allow for a more streamline experience during future visits.

Cleaning Frequencies Explained
Weekly Cleaning
There are several benefits to scheduling once a week cleanings. If you have a high traffic home and want to secure your Saturdays for enjoying time with family, this is a good option. Your home will maintain a nice level of clean and leave you with time to take back your weekends.
For the sake of budgeting and practicality, this option is rarely needed for low-traffic homes. For instance, a one/two person home is typically not in great need of weekly care. We will never recommend a service that you do not need.
Bi-Weekly Cleaning (our most popular option)
Bi-Weekly cleanings are our most popular option for families with little ones. This frequency promotes a cleaning schedule that is more budget friendly while still affording you the ability to keep your home at a great standard of clean. Bigger issues like soap scum, sanitizing bathrooms, sinks and doors are easier to keep under control and maintain.
Monthly Cleaning
Monthly cleanings are ideal for very low traffic homes. If you have rooms and areas that rarely get used, we can spruce them up or you can select that we clean around them. It is a good idea to clean shower doors, shower door tracks, toilets and remove soap scum at least monthly to prevent the need for extremely deep cleanings later on. We also recommend a monthly frequency for families that have things covered but just need a little help once in a while tackling the bigger issues like soap scum and hard water, tubs/shower, cleaning ceiling fans etc.
