Cleaning checklist

Maintenance (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly)  cleaning tasks

You will always know what to expect when you have a visit from Bella Villa 31. We use this cleaning checklist as a standard and a copy will be left with you in your home each visit. Your initial cleaning will require extra time during our first visit. This will allow us to bring your home to a Bella Villa 31 standard before beginning maintenance services.

Around the home

  • Clear cobwebs
  • Wipe ledges, door panels, and  pictures
  • Dust furniture/surfaces
  • Dust ceiling fan (height limits apply)
  • Dust lampshades
  • Clean mirrors
  • Empty all trash
  • Reline trash bin(s)
  • Clean floors

Bathrooms

  • Clear cobwebs
  • Wipe door panels , cabinet facings.
  • Disinfect counters and sinks
  • Clean tubs/showers
  • Disinfect toilets, door knobs & switch plates.
  • Clean/Sanitize sink
  • Polish sink fixtures
  • Clean floors
  • Empty trash
  • Reline trash bin
  • Change towels (if left out)

Kitchen

  • Clear cobwebs
  • Clean cabinet facings
  • Clean counter tops &  disinfect sink
  • Clean microwave (inside & out)
  • Clean outside of appliances (range top and outside of stove, refrigerator, dishwasher)
  • Clean top of refrigerator (if accessible)
  • Polish sink fixtures
  • Clean floors
  • Empty trash
  • Reline trash bin

Bedrooms

  • Clear cobwebs
  • Dust furniture and lamp shades
  • Wipe door knobs & switch plates
  • Wipe window sills (if accessible)
  • Bed made (optional/add on)
  • Empty Trash
  • Reline Trash Bins
  • Clean floor
